Package: £27-30K Basic + Commission (£45K OTE Year 1) (£55K OTE Year 2) (£70K OTE Year 3)

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies.
Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients.
Market mapping and hunting new businesses to work with.
Working towards your monthly revenue and promotion targets.
Managing your candidate database.
Becoming a subject matter expert within your specialism.

The Requirements

Minimum 2:1 degree
Ambition and a willingness to learn.
Extra-curricular achievements or commercial experience shown through internships, part-time jobs or sporting achievements.
