Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the internal compliance tracker, escalating issues where necessary to relevant stakeholders.
Ensure timely distribution of contracts and related documentation.
Liaise with team members to maintain up-to-date knowledge of billings and upcoming projects.
Oversee and drive key internal programmes such as aftercare, offer management, and fee tracking.
Provide analysis and reporting on key metrics including performance trends, averages, and ratios.
Develop expertise in compliance-related programmes and become a go-to subject matter expert within the team.
Complete ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
Monitor and manage shared inboxes to ensure timely responses and organisation.
Stay up to date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
Experience and Skills Requirements:
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Commercial awareness and adaptability; willing to go the extra mile.
Minimum 1 year of administrative experience (required).
