They work with a diverse range of clients, delivering high-quality signage, vinyl graphics, event installations, and more. We’re currently expanding their team and are on the lookout for a skilled and motivated Sign & Graphics Installer.

The Role
They’re seeking an experienced and detail-oriented installer to join their Mitcham-based team. You’ll play a key role in installing a wide variety of signs and graphics to a professional standard, often working on-site with tight deadlines. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical mindset and hands-on experience in signage and graphic installations.

Key Responsibilities

Install a range of signs, graphics, and vinyl to a high standard
Follow job briefs accurately and deliver work on schedule
Manage your own workload and daily route planning
Prepare and maintain necessary tools and equipment
Conduct on-site installations, rebrands, de-rigs, and maintenance
Maintain a tidy workspace and provide job completion feedback (including photos)
Work flexibly, including out-of-hours and weekend projects as needed
Communicate effectively with team members and clients

Essential Skills & Experience

3-5 years of relevant experience in signage & graphics installation
Full UK driving licence (essential)
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow briefs
Strong understanding of signage production processes and materials
Comfortable with manual handling and working at heights
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Technical mindset with a hands-on approach

Desirable Certifications

CSCS
IPAF
PASMA

Digital signage installation
Shopfitting & retail POS implementation
Rebranding & merchandising
Event & exhibition setups
Space audits & site surveys
