Job Title: Trainee Project coordinator
Location: Harlow ( fully on site)
Hours: 8.30-5pm (37.5 hours)
Salary: £25,000-27,000 DOE
Package: healthcare afte probation, pension
About the Role: An exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join a fast-paced, project-driven environment as a Trainee Project Coordinator This is a hands-on role offering exposure across multiple business functions including project coordination, administration, and internal team support. Ideal for someone keen to learn, grow, and build a solid foundation within operations.
Key Responsibilities:1. Administrative Support
Manage incoming/outgoing communications and assist in scheduling meetings
Take meeting minutes and support with calendar management
Assist with project planning tasks, timelines, and resource allocation
Support sales and marketing teams (e.g. logging enquiries, social media assistance)
2. Project Coordination
Set up new projects in internal systems (e.g. CRM and accounting software) Procure would be an advantage but training will be provided.
Assist with payment applications and ensure timely client invoicing
Place purchase orders and liaise with suppliers and subcontractors
Track project milestones and update progress via project management platforms
Process supplier invoices and prepare weekly payment logs
3. Collaboration & Communication
Act as a point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders
Assist with the preparation of documentation and project reports
Work closely with project managers and other departments to ensure project success
