Logistics & Customer Service Coordinator
Twickenham (2-minute walk from the station)
£25,000 – £26,000 (negotiable depending on experience)
8:30 AM – 5:30 PM | Flexibility required

About the Company

A global business with a growing presence in the UK and Europe. The UK office in Twickenham coordinates with major brands and clients across the region. With warehouses in the UK and Europe, and sister companies in the north, the company is expanding its operations and looking for a proactive team member to join their small, collaborative office.

The Role

This newly created position supports the logistics and customer service functions, working closely with finance and sales teams across multiple time zones. The ideal start date is early July.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and process customer orders
Coordinate with European warehouses on stock and dispatches
Track shipments and proactively update customers
Handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently
Liaise with finance on invoices, payments, and corrections
Maintain records using Sage and QuickBooks (coordination only)
Use Excel for stock management and reporting
Support logistics documentation (e.g., Bill of Lading, packing lists)
Provide cover for the Sales Manager during absences
Assist with a new project targeting the US market
What We’re Looking For
Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain
Strong communication and customer service skills
Proficiency in Sage and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus
Flexibility to work across time zones
Additional language skills (especially Asian languages) are a bonus
Experience in stock and order management preferred
