The Office Manager will oversee the smooth running of the office. This is an international company and they have 26 in London at the moment but growing to almost 40 later in the year. They are well funded and very, very successful. As well as this floor you will also support with the office management of another 2 floors with two related businesses so it is a really interesting role.

The client is an international shipping company. They have a fabulous and unusual building based in central London. They are growing, fast paced and corporate, but they have a very friendly and supportive team.
Description
* Reception and Access to the Building: Manage reception duties, including signing in guests, providing Health and Safety/evacuation briefings, and handling the receipt of mail and parcels.
* Office Supplies and Equipment: Order, distribute, and manage general office supplies and equipment, while leading the Clean Desk Policy and ensuring general tidiness.
* Meeting Room Management: Oversee the management of meeting rooms and provide support for external meetings.
* Health and Safety Duties: Maintain an emergency preparedness plan and evacuation procedures, conduct fire drills, and perform risk assessments as required.
* Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the building complies with all regulations and health and safety standards.
* Tenant Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing their concerns and ensuring their needs are met or issues are escalated in a timely manner.
* Preventative Maintenance: Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to avoid breakdowns and extend the life of the building and its internal fixtures and other items, including the management of the office snagging list.
Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for services such as tradespeople
cleaning, maintenance, and repairs. This may include managing out of hours/weekend work from time to time and confirmation of services for the purpose of invoice payments.
* Energy Management: Monitor and optimize energy usage to reduce costs and improve sustainability.
* Building Technology Systems: Implement and manage building technology systems such as access control and ID pass management.
* Project Oversight: Oversee construction and/or renovation projects within the building, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to a minimum quality standard.
* Events: working closely with the HR team, support event organisation to build a positive culture, including socials, new joiner welcomes and equipment/desk set up etc.

Job Offer
Competitive salary in the range of £45000 to £60000 per annum depending on the candidate
