PFI Project Manager

£45K – £55K, 20% bonus, pension scheme, private medical and hybrid working

Our client are an infrastructure investor looking to recruit a project manager to oversee and coordinate the successful delivery of multiple building reconfiguration capital projects.

Key responsibilities:

Lead and manage variation projects.
Maintain a customer-focused approach with stakeholders.
Ensure all internal stakeholders are aware and support project
Support project briefs and budget estimations.
Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned projects.
Manage technical, financial, legal, and procedural aspects.
Direct and advise Project Managers/Construction Managers.
Ensure projects meet time, cost, and quality targets.
Align approvals and development processes with stakeholders.
Appoint and manage contractors and consultants.
Monitor and report project status and progress.

Person Specification:

Relevant Qualification (building surveying, project management, construction management)
Solid understanding of PFI/PPP contracts
Ability to manage own workload
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Organised and tenacious with a can do attitude
