Job Opportunity: Property Manager
My client, a property company located in Chelsea, is seeking a Property Manager to join their team. This position is available on a permanent or temporary-to-permanent basis. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with a positive and resilient attitude, capable of handling various administrative and client-facing tasks.

Annual Salary: £30,000 – £35,000

Responsibilities:
Engage in sales, lettings, and property management activities.
Maintain regular contact with clients and applicants, ensuring accurate logging of all communications.
Respond to email inquiries and phone calls regarding property interests; conduct sales and lettings viewings as needed.
Manage the offer process by sending out offer letters and communicating with landlords.
Handle administrative tasks such as gathering references, legal documents, and booking necessary checks and certificates (e.g., gas safety, EPCs).
Track tenancy renewal dates and certificate expirations; schedule property photography and manage key logistics.
Order items for clients (e.g., appliances, furniture) and maintain expenditure logs for bookkeeping.
Coordinate appliance and boiler repairs, handle insurance claims, and ensure fluid communication with all parties involved.
Other adhoc administrative duties as required
