Our client is a mission-driven, high-growth fintech reshaping the real estate finance space through ethical, Shariah-compliant solutions. As the UK’s first directly authorised Islamic peer-to-peer property finance platform, we bridge the gap between investors and property developers — offering transparent, inclusive investment opportunities.

You’ll work closely with the CFO and C-suite, help build the finance function from the ground up, and gain exposure to real estate finance, Islamic finance principles, and the inner workings of a fast-growing startup.

?? What You’ll Do

Prepare and analyze monthly management accounts
Assist with FCA filings, audit queries, and financial compliance
Support day-to-day finance tasks, including reconciliations and ad-hoc reporting
Manage payroll input and liaise with HR
Develop insights using the Xero ecosystem, including Dext, Mayday, and Fathom
Work closely with the CFO to shape a scalable finance function

?? What We’re Looking For

?? Finalist or part-qualified in CIMA, ACCA, or ACA

?? Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in management accounting

?? Proficiency in Xero, ideally with Dext, Mayday, and Fathom

?? Exposure to payroll and HR coordination

?? Bonus: Experience in real estate finance or Islamic finance

?? A self-starter with high attention to detail and a love for dynamic environments
