Finance Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Produce monthly management accounts and asset performance reports

Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow modeling across multiple property portfolios

Prepare and analyse variance reports, providing commentary and actionable insights

Collaborate with asset managers and property teams to evaluate investment returns

Support finance leadership on strategic planning, acquisitions, and disposals

What We’re Looking For:

Part-qualified (CIMA / ACCA / ACA) with 2-4 years’ experience in a finance role

Background in real estate, property management, or asset-heavy industries is advantageous

Strong Excel skills; familiarity with systems like QUBE, Yardi, or MRI is a plus

Analytical, commercially aware, and confident engaging with senior stakeholders

Proactive and enthusiastic about growing within a property-focused finance role
