FP&A Manager – Fashion Retail
£60,000 – £70,000 + Benefits

We’re partnering with a high-growth fashion retail brand with a global footprint to hire an experienced FP&A Manager. This role offers the opportunity to join an ambitious, design-led business at a pivotal time of investment and international expansion.
As FP&A Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving financial insight and decision-making across the group. Reporting into the Head of FP&A, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across both retail and e-commerce channels. You’ll also work closely with merchandising, supply chain, and commercial teams to ensure clarity around margin drivers and growth initiatives.
This is an ideal role for a commercially curious, analytically strong finance professional with a passion for fashion and a desire to make a tangible impact in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities:
Lead the group-wide budgeting and reforecasting process
Own management reporting packs with actionable commentary on performance
Business partner with heads of Retail, Merchandising, and E-commerce to support commercial planning
Analyse margin performance and identify cost-saving opportunities
Support strategic planning and scenario modelling for new markets, channels, and store launches
Develop and refine financial models to support trading decisions and board-level reporting
Improve reporting processes and implement tools for better data visibility and insight
Requirements:
Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
Strong FP&A or commercial finance experience, ideally within fashion or consumer retail
Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
Experience presenting to senior stakeholders and non-finance teams
Strong commercial acumen and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment preferred
