Recruitment Resourcer

What You’ll Do:
As a Recruitment Resourcer, you’ll play a key role in supporting our recruitment consultants by:

Sourcing and screening education candidates for a wide range of roles in our Primary, Secondary and SEN schools
Writing and posting job adverts
Conducting telephone interviews and candidate pre-screening
Building strong relationships with candidates and ensuring a great experience throughout the hiring process
Maintaining our candidate database and keeping records up to date

What We’re Looking For:
No prior experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive training and on-the-job support. All we ask is that you bring:

A positive, can-do attitude
Strong communication and organisational skills
A genuine interest in people and career development
The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in Customer Service or Sales based role
Be educated to Degree Level
