Are you a confident negotiator with a passion for sourcing quality products and building strong supplier relationships? We’re looking for an experienced and commercially astute Buyer to join our growing procurement team in Reigate.

Reporting to the Head of Procurement, you’ll be working in a fast-paced international environment, sourcing products from global suppliers and ensuring we meet customer expectations on quality, price, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and evaluate products that meet customer specifications

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules

Ensure compliance with ethical sourcing standards

Coordinate with logistics and quality control to ensure smooth imports and on-time delivery

Manage tenders and provide accurate pricing and product data to internal teams

Process purchase orders and maintain full documentation compliance

Collaborate with Demand Planning and Operations to meet stock and delivery targets

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing suppliers

Develop a deep understanding of customer brands and their needs

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a buying or procurement role (food/FMCG preferred)

Strong negotiation and influencing skills

Highly organised with excellent time management

Positive, problem-solving mindset and a proactive attitude

Knowledge of international shipping and customs (advantageous)

Strong IT and Excel skills

French or Spanish language skills (advantageous but not essential)
