Description
Role Overview
As an Analyst, you will play a key role in both the execution of new financing transactions and the ongoing management of existing real estate investments. You will contribute to deal origination, perform in-depth market and financial analysis, and support the team in growing its presence across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and assess the performance of existing clients and loan exposures.
Support the deal team in preparing credit proposals and executing new transactions, including financial modelling, due diligence, and legal documentation.
Assist in sourcing and evaluating new business opportunities.
Prepare internal reports such as credit reviews, amendments, and ad hoc analyses.
Conduct market research and present strategic insights to support business development.
Attend lender meetings, site visits, and industry conferences.
Act as a liaison between internal departments (e.g., legal, compliance, operations) and external clients.
Collaborate closely with colleagues across the UK and continental Europe.
Profile
Candidate Profile
2/3 years experience in real estate, banking, private equity, corporate finance, or consulting is preferred but not required.
Strong analytical, numerical, and credit assessment skills.
Proactive, dependable, and adaptable team player.
Strong communication skills and a willingness to engage in constructive feedback.
Commercial acumen and sound decision-making abilities.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
