Contract: Temporary, Part-Time (3–4 days per week)
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 3 months
Pay: £15–£17 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: 9am – 5pm (30-minute unpaid lunch break)

We’re looking for a Temporary Office Administrator to support a vibrant youth-focused organisation. You’ll play a key role in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, from handling enquiries and managing bookings to supporting HR and board administration.

Supporting HR with onboarding, filing, and generating reports
Managing daytime lettings and streamlining internal processes
Organising tours and supporting external visits

Occasionally covering reception duties
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in admin roles
Strong organisational and multitasking skills

A team player who’s proactive, adaptable, and ready to contribute from day one
