This is an exceptional opportunity for a results-driven professional with a strong background in credit risk, credit data, and risk analytics. The successful candidate will lead client relationships across the EMEA and APAC regions, focusing on retention, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary relationship manager for key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and growth.
Develop in-depth knowledge of clients’ needs and provide tailored solutions utilizing credit data and risk analytics.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional service and maximize client value.
Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to drive revenue growth.
Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and retention initiatives.
Stay informed of market trends to offer strategic insights and advice to clients.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

6+ years of experience in account management, client success, or sales within the financial services sector.
Strong expertise in credit risk, credit data, and risk analytics.
Proven track record of managing and expanding key client accounts.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Experience working across EMEA and APAC markets.
Strategic thinker with a consultative approach to client management.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in financial services, fintech, or related industries.
Familiarity with credit benchmarking solutions.
Multilingual abilities are a plus.
