Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Management Assistant to join our Development team to support the successful delivery of industrial and logistics development projects.

This role is pivotal in ensuring that all project administration is carried out efficiently, documentation is accurately maintained and shared, and project processes are followed in line with company standards and client expectations. This role provides a platform to progress your career; to gain direct exposure to high-profile industrial and logistics development projects, supporting experienced members of the team.

Team Overview

Our team of project managers includes specialists in every property sector and corner of the market, allowing us to apply specific yet broad expertise to predominantly the industrial and logistics sector. We work with a variety of clients, serving the interests of the investors, developers, owner occupiers or tenants who instruct us.

We guide clients on development readiness and work on ‘build to suit’ projects, speculative developments, serviced sites and occupier fit outs. Our experts also conduct technical due diligence, manage the developments, and steer our clients towards planning successes on strategic land, whilst controlling costs and cash flow.

This role does not meet the salary criteria for skilled worker visa sponsorship(click link to check exemptions).
