Estate Agency – Residential Sales Negotiator – Lichfield – 53680

A unique and exciting opportunity to join a first class independent in the Lichfield area.

My client seeks an exceptional and well organised Sales Negotiator to join their thriving and expanding business. You must have a keen eye for detail, be highly professional and have brilliant customer service. You will be working for one of the best in the business: a company that has market dominance and a great reputation in the area. You will receive a basic salary + commission as detailed below

Basic salary £24k
£50 per self-generated sale
£30 per mortgage sign up
£30 per self-generated conveyancing completion
Guaranteed commission for first 6 month £500 per month.
45p per business mile.

Hours are Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:30 and every other Saturday 09:00 – 16:00 with a day off in lieu.

Duties will includes:

Administration
Viewing generation
Market appraisal generation
Canvassing
Viewing feedback
Vendor care
Sales progression
Attending viewings
